You might say that Dr. Hazen Gilliland was born to be a dentist. Her father, Dr. Ray, is a successful prosthodontist, loved by his many patients. So it was no surprise when she graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2006. Today, she’s an active member of the Florida Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and a fellow of the Academy of GP Orthodontics. When she is not going above and beyond learning about the best treatments for her patients, Dr. Hazen Gilliland also enjoys traveling, running and spending time with her husband, children, and their two standard poodles.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of Dr. Hazen Gilliland’s career is empowering her patients through education on the care and treatment of their teeth and gums. Promoting optimal dental health in a fun, comfortable atmosphere is why she smiles.
