“In my practice as a Dental Hygienist, I affirm my personal and professional commitment to improve the oral health of the public, to advance the art and science of dental hygiene and to promote high standards of quality care.”
My love for dentistry began at a very young age. I remember enjoying telling my siblings to brush their teeth!
Coming from a family who works mostly in medicine, I received my bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from University of South Florida. After graduation, I worked as a clinical laboratory technologist in Lakeland, Florida. After working for a couple years,, I missed my love for dentistry and decided to go back to school. I then, I received my degree in Dental Hygiene from Florida State College at Jacksonville. I couldn’t be happier with my career choice as I have enjoyed every second of hygiene.
Aside from dental hygiene, I am a family girl. I moved to Mount Dora to aid my grandmother and grandfather as they are getting older. I enjoy visiting my family every year in New York for the holidays. I am a dog lover, I love to read, go to the beach and binge watch anything funny on Netflix.
