New Teeth in a Day™
Dentures, You’ve Met Your Match.
When a smile goes bad, dentures were the only solution. Until now. We can give you a permanent solution in a single day.
Also known as All-on-4®, New Teeth in a Day is a breakthrough solution that replaces removable dentures with customized dental implants that are comfortable and aesthetically superior, giving you a more confident smile. This would normally take several visits to complete. We can perform extractions, make molds and place your new, permanent teeth in merely hours.
First, we’ll set up a free consultation, so you know exactly what you’re going to get. Then, we’ll capture a 3D CT scan to determine exactly where your new teeth are going to go. The day of surgery, patients will be in a deep, relaxed sleep while we perform any extractions and place all implants, all at once. It’s one day that will transform the rest of your life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who are the Best Candidates?
The ideal candidates are individuals that have dentures and don’t like the movement and the uncomfortable feel dentures have in the mouth. Other ideal candidates are those that need dentures or who are about to lose all their teeth.
I’ve been told that I’m not a candidate for a fixed bridge or implants due to the amount of bone loss I have. Am I a candidate for the New Teeth in a Day™ (All-on-4® procedure?)
This procedure uses the frontal part of the jaw for and in most cases it requires no bone or sinus grafting or augmentation.
What makes this procedure different?
This procedure uses the frontal part of the jaw bone which is usually more dense. Most conventional placement of implants on individuals with healthy bone levels allows for placement of implants in the vertical direction in the jaw. The (All-on-4®) procedure which is utilized for patients with major bone loss, places implants at an angle. This also allows for a much less invasive procedure due to the fact we usually don’t enter the sinus cavity.
How long is the surgery?
Surgery usually lasts about 2 hours per arch under IV sedation. We can usually get patients in and out within 4-6 hours if both arches are being replaced allowing for patients to return the same day with a new set of teeth!
Am I put to sleep for the procedure?
Most of our patients choose to go to sleep for the procedure via IV sedation.
What About Post-operative Pain?
Due to the fact that this procedure is planned to be minimally invasive as possible patients usually tend to have very little post-operative discomfort. However we will send you home with a prescription for pain relievers to help manage any post-operative pain you may encounter.
What happens after the procedure?
After around three weeks, you will return to Smile Expressions for a follow-up appointment. During this time, your healing will be closely evaluated and your dental bridge or denture will be removed and cleaned before being reinserted. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask us.
How much does this procedure cost?
We are currently charging $22,000 for bottom arches or for upper arches or $38,000 for both. Although every patient is different this is our normal fee for the average patient wanting a permanent fixed bridge or removal denture. For patients looking for less expensive options we offer multiple solutions for implant supported dentures as well that start at $10,000. Contact our office to schedule your free consultation!
